Include inspiring quotes in your journal to remind yourself of meaningful thoughts.
Why it Matters?
Pictures are said to say a thousand words, but what about quotes from everyday life? Find quotes everywhere: On Pinterest, from speakers and friends, from children, song lyrics, and movie sayings! Remember to pick ones that mean something to you, whether they make you laugh or cry or ponder the meaning.
Having quotes to look back on in your journal will give you the motivation you need to keep going. The way they’re put in there doesn’t matter — they could be written in chicken scratch, in beautiful calligraphy, or even glued in after being ripped out of a magazine! As long as they’re documented, that’s all that matters!
