Grab anything that has any importance to you for the day and put it in your journal!

Why It Matters?

This is important because you’re putting your day to day life in your journal, so when you look back, you see how wonderful your life was! Your best days and your worst. This could be a quote, a receipt, a pay stub, a picture or even an article out of a magazine! It doesn’t have to fit in perfectly, because of it being imperfect will make it perfect for you!
