Now that we know why we’re starting a journal, let’s get started!
Day 2 Tip
Pick out a journal of your choosing and write something.
Why it matters
Journals range from spiral to leather-bound. If this isn’t your cup of tea, feel free to pick up a sketchbook, or a journal notebook. Pen and paper don’t work for you? That’s fine — there are apps and tablets that you can use to type up your feelings.
If you have difficulty remembering to write, an easy suggestion is to take your journal with you everywhere you go. When you have a couple of minutes, just jot down an entry. There you go, you have completed your writing for the day.
The more you stick with it, the more you will look forward to your time with your journal!
