Write down the challenge you got for the day, or anything that you find very stressful.

Why It Matters?

We have briefly discussed mindfulness, and why it is important to reach this level. Once you’ve reached this level, you will be at more peace in your life!  Additionally, you will be able to look inside and think out of the box, when looking for solutions. It has also has been proven to help improve the IQ. You can also see your memory becoming a lot sharper, remembering things will become easier since you’re continually recalling events that have happened throughout your day.
