- Don’t rush your food or feel guilty. Once you have committed to the clean eating plan, you know that what you are eating is only good for your body, so erase the guilt.
Why it matters
Food is not only there for nourishment, it is also something to be enjoyed, to bring people together, and to rejuvenate the soul. Just because you are committing to a healthier plan does not mean you should lose the enjoyment and deliciousness of food. Feel free to savor flavors and eat until you’re satisfied.
