Day 7 Tips:
- Do stick with the plan. You are on day 7 now, so keep going!
- Don’t stop following the plan just because you have got to the weekend. Many people tend to relax and fall off the diet wagon at the weekend because there is no exact structure to their day and the routine is gone. Stay with the plan for the whole 7 days.
Why it matters?
Once you have completed the first seven days, you will notice how much better you feel and look and this should give you the incentive to continue on and make this new clean eating plan part of your everyday life.
