Day 2 Tips:
- Choose foods in there purest state. Such as oranges. Opt for an orange from the fruit aisle rather than orange juice or something like a yoghurt containing orange.
- Don’t buy foods that have manipulated the main ingredient so that it is processed beyond recognition and all the natural ingredients have been removed leaving only harmful ones. If you cannot pronounce an ingredient on the label, don’t pick it up.
Why it matters
Food in its purest form is the best choice for this clean eating plan. Processed foods usually take away from the natural ingredients of foods and add in chemicals and other components that are detrimental to your health and wellbeing.
