The plank is one of the most effective exercises there is to impove your core and strengthen your tummy muscles.

Make sure you are doing it correctley every day when you take your 45 seconds out to do the plank. Engage your core muscles, hold everything in, and fast track yourself to a flat stomach and improved metabolism.

From doing regular exercise, you will increase your metabolism, which will in turn help you to lose weight. Your body turns food into energy when you work out to give you the strength to push through, so the more you work out, the more food gets used up as energy and the faster your metabolism gets.
