Start with 5 Minutes of Exercise Every Day
Every time when the alarm rings, start to do that workout exercise you’ve chosen for 5 minutes. For the first few days, make it 5 minutes per day. Then you can slightly add up a few minutes more each time.
When you’ve added up to 10 to 15 minutes per day, just keep this for 3 weeks first before moving on to more intense exercises. Your body and mind need some time to get used to your habit of exercising every day, so let’s just start small first and don’t push yourself too hard yet.
