Here’re some ways you can try:
- Put a sticky note of motivational quotes everywhere visible to you – on your work desk, on the door of the fridge, on the door of your room etc.
- Change your desktop wallpaper to a motivational quote, an image of a very fit person as a role model.
- Use one of the following image as your mobile phone wallpaper to remind you to keep going:
