Make it part of your daily routine to do your plank exercises every morning or evening. It only takes 45 seconds at the start and as you build your strength up you will be able to do the plank for 2 minutes. This is still only a fraction of your day and the rewards and benefits are huge.
How to Make it A Habit
Perhaps put aside time in the morning before you have your shower to do your plank. Then it becomes part of your everyday life and slots nicely into your morning routine. You can then get on with your day in the knowledge that you have done your exercise and are on the way to a flatter, tighter tummy.
