Order a kids meal when not at home.
Why it matters?
Studies have shown that when we are given large containers of food, we will naturally try to eat all of its contents, so try to get into the habit of ordering a kids’ version instead. They are noticeably smaller while still giving us plenty of protein and nutrition. If a kids’ meal isn’t an option, split the order with a friend, and if that isn’t an option, eat somewhere else!
