Eat lots of fresh fruits whenever you want.
Why it matters?
It doesn’t make much difference to your diet when you eat fruit, except it does add immeasurable amounts of nutrition and vitamins to your system. You can eat fruit as often as you like because it is mostly water, meaning your body desires less other food products. Of course, it’s best to include small quantities of fats and carbs so you maintain a balanced diet, but never be afraid to eat lots of fruit.
