Drink half a liter of fresh water every hour or two.

Why it matters?

Water aids digestion, which in turn helps our kidneys and colon. Plus it makes us feel full, even if we haven’t eaten anything. This will curb cravings and help control your calorie intake. Once you’re due to eat something, eating a smaller portion will be easier to accomplish since you won’t desire as much food. On top of this, increasing your water intake usually increases your energy levels, replacing the energy we typically obtain from food.
