Don’t eat any main meals for 1 week.
Why it matters?
A majority of us eat three meals per day, and since those meals need to provide energy for the day we tend to eat as much as possible. That’s fine in theory, but not when it comes to our wellbeing. One way to eat smaller portions is to completely eliminate your main meals, instead having regular amounts of food in smaller quantities every 3 hours or so. Try to limit each portion to about one third of a main meal.
