Eat a salad 30 minutes before a main meal.
Why it matters?
Believe it or not, salads make your stomach expand and you feel less hungry as a consequence. Try to have a small salad about 30 minutes before lunch and dinner. This will quench your hunger and stop you from eating too much. Doing this for a week gives your body a chance to adjust to smaller meal sizes, and soon enough you’ll naturally be making smaller main meals.
