Drink water regularly at work to enhance performance

Drinking too little of water can damage our bodies. Here are some of the many ways water can help us:

Why it matters?

Most workplaces have water available, but it might not be convenient for some people since they have to stop working to get some. That’s why we recommend bringing a bottle or two of water to work with you and having it readily available whenever you need it. Try to drink a mouthful every 30 minutes or so, even if you’re not thirsty. This will quickly become instinctual and you’ll soon notice improvements in your productivity.
