Tips #3: Lose Weight Without Working Out Hard

Sugar is one of the primary causes of unhealthy weight gain, and too much gets converted to fat — we don’t want that!

Avoid Sugar!

How to do it?

  • Drink it black. The bitter taste of coffee is something you’ll get used to.
  • Buy a box of tea. Water too bland? Coffee too bitter? Tea is like the best of both worlds!
  • Avoid the dressing. Vegetable salads are good and all, but they’re better without the thick and sweet dressings. Go for balsamic vinegar instead.
  • Cinnamon is like sugar but better. Cinnamon has plenty of health benefits but it’s also a pretty nice substitute for sugar if all you want is some added flavor.
  • Fruits are sweet and healthy. Fruits are not only healthy but can be your little sweet fix, minus the guilt and empty calories.

Why it matters?

Sugar is the most notorious food substance on earth when dealing with obesity. It can hide itself in every food and you won’t even notice how much you’re eating until you see the scales! You can either substitute sugar or avoid it altogether — whatever it takes to reduce your sugar intake.
