How to do it?
- Drink two glasses of water in the morning, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast.
- Drink two glasses before and after each meal. This helps prevent you from overeating and keeps you full longer.
- Drink water as part of your routine. Drink it every active hour or so (when you’re awake).
Why it matters?
Water is the perfect beverage. It has zero calories, is necessary for basic bodily functions, provides health benefits, and gives you that clean feeling. Drinking water first before you eat anything can also give you a slight “full” feeling before you eat actual food. This makes water a low-cost and pretty handy natural appetite suppressant.
