How to do it?
- Get to starting position. Raise torso above the ground with toes for support.
- Lift one leg behind. Keep it straight.
- Lift opposite arm in front. If you lift your left leg then lift your right arm. Again, keep it straight.
- Maintain posture. Hold position for a set amount of time.
- Switch places. Alternate left and right arms and legs.

- The Bird Dog Plank works the upper and lower abs as well as the glutes, shoulders, and lats.
- It helps improve your posture and balance greatly.
