Meditate for 30 minutes once per day, ideally in the evening.
Why it matters?
Meditation comes in many forms and that can tend to put a lot of people off, often believing it to be too difficult to “master”. This isn’t necessarily the case, simple breathing exercises is all that’s needed for proper meditation technique. Just get yourself into a comfortable position and breathe in and out slowly, 3-4 seconds for each inhale and exhale. After doing this for a couple of minutes you will be meditating! Try not to breathe in or out too quickly, it’s all about keeping rhythm, you don’t want to get lightheaded. Once you’ve meditated for 30 minutes per day, you WILL feel a lot better and stress-free.
