How to make it a habit?
Vegetables add savory taste to dinners. Making sure vegetables are on the side or mixed in makes for a tasty meal. Now that dinner’s taken care of, how about the rest of the day? Vegetables are awesome to add to a protein shake or smoothie! If you have a juicer, just put your veggies through for a nice refreshing drink.
If you have time the night before, when prepping for your lunch and snacks, add a couple bags of raw vegetables with a side of a healthy dressing or add them to a pasta salad with a healthy vinaigrette. There are so many ways to eat them!
