It is also packed with Vitamin C, which will help anyone with skin problems and it keeps working overnight, this vegetable really is a great choice for any one with bad skin issues.

If anyone suffers from arthritis, zucchini has been proven to aid in reducing the painful symptoms which can worsen at night, and so can help to get you a peaceful nights rest. Plus it is ultra low in calories, but fills you up, perfect! Zucchini should be avoided first thing in the morning as it is a natural diuretic and contributes to the excretion of toxic substances, which while a good thing, can cause dehydration. When you wake up your body is lacking in water so to ingest a diuretic right away can dehydrate the body and make you feel weak and lacking in energy. Much better to wait until later in the day to take advantage of zucchinis diuretic abilities.
