 Get Breakfast Food Handy

  • Place breakfast food such as bread, cereal or fruit at places that are easy to notice. For example, you can put them at the desk you walk pass every morning.

What’s the point?

  • Getting your breakfast food handy keeps you alert to eat it before you rush to work or bring it as breakfast.

Don’t forget….

  • Date your family members for breakfast.
  • Can’t wait for another morning delicacy? Get up to eat and you’ll know.
