No More Bad Posture: Day 1

What’s the point of following these daily tips?

  • They help you gradually build a habit of maintaining good posture.
  • They motivate you to do so by letting you know the disadvantages of having bad posture and the way to fix it.

Evil that comes along with bad posture…

Back pain

  • An arched back leads to exaggerated inward curve of your back. This is where your back pain comes.

How to fix it easily?

  • Lie down with your face and stomach down towards the ground.
  • Slowly and carefully lift your upper body with your head up.
  • Lift as high as it is comfortable.
  • Keep arms at your sides and hands on your hips.
  • Repeat the exercise for 10 times. You can gradually increase the reps as you’re comfortable.

Remember…

  • You’ll know another evil comes along with bad posture soon.
