Avoid the center aisles at the supermarket.

Why it matters?

Believe it or not, the center aisles of most supermarkets is where you’ll find a majority of processed foods. This makes logical sense because these foods don’t need to be restocked as often as the fresh stuff, which is often on display at the edge of the store. Okay, it might not be so feasible to avoid the center aisles completely, just try to avoid the products they contain as often as possible.

Today’s Processed-food Alternative

Opt for brown rice instead of white rice, since the latter has been refined, bleached, and processed!
