Why it matters?

The main reason why processed foods are so common and popular is because they are convenient, so try to make your own homemade alternatives just as convenient. Of course, some processed foods are easier to make at home than others. We don’t suggest you start making your own cheese from the offset, but something simple like oatcakes (an ideal substitute for potato chips) is a bit more realistic!
