Glamping in NYC at W Hotel

Now that the summer is in full swing, the stylish W New York provides guests with an unprecedented urban glamping adventure on the terrace of their Extreme Wow Suite.

Created in collaboration with interior design company Laurel & Wolf, this new Outdoor Glamping Suite on the hotel’s 17th floor comes appointed with a 12-foot Mongolian yurt, hanging cocoon chairs, and a fire pit.

Twinkling lights and flickering candles set the mood in the adjoining open-air lounging area, where rustic benches and couches adorned with colorful throws and pillows make it the perfect place for lazing and socializing with the iconic Manhattan skyline in the background.

Sleeping under the stars in the heart of New York comes at a price, though. The rates for an overnight stay start at $2,000, and if you opt for a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and a design consultation package from Laurel & Wolf, expect the price to go up.
