Day 3 Check-in: Improve Bad Posture

With all the recap of tips and additional advice to make improving bad posture your daily routine, you should be very on track in doing this exercise every day.

If you’ve been strictly following our advice, you should have experienced less (or even no longer experience) the evils come along with bad posture:

  • Back pain. An arched back leads to exaggerated inward curve of your back. This is where your back pain comes.
  • Headache and neck pain. When you lean forward to look at your screen and head down to check message from your phone, your head suffers from great pressure.
  • Digestive problems. Sitting all day long at your desk with bad posture leads to compression of abdominal organs.
  • Looking old. Imagine, how do you look when you’re walking with an arched back, hunching shoulders and your head down?
  • Bad mood. Posture and mood are inter-related. Body language affects how you feel and vice versa.
  • Increased fatigue. Sitting at the desk all day long with bad posture keeps your muscles tense.
  • Dizziness. Your hunching shoulders increase stress on your spine and it affects regular airflow.
