Tips #5: Lose Weight Without Working Out Hard: Do Some House Chores
How to do it?
- Sweep the floors. Don’t opt for a vacuum cleaner. It’s better if you do it manually with a brush for extra effort.
- Wipe everything. Make sure your windows, walls, and even appliances are shiny once your done.
- Clean the gutter. Remove the clutter specially in autumn.
- Rearrange furniture. Furniture are heavy things and some gym equipment are heavy stuff. Lifting heavy furniture is therefore like lifting some gym equipment!
Why it matters?
Exercise is simply movement done for the purpose of a healthy body and house chores require plenty of movement. From mopping the floor to throwing out stuff in the attic, all the physical demands of housework will surely get your body worked up and burn fat in the process!
