Once again, be realistic! For sure you’ll get bored if you’re eating the same foods every day or week.

Try to create a two-week or one-month rotation of your favorite healthy meals so you can stay healthy while enjoying every single meal.

Eating healthy foods should be something that you enjoy doing. If you’re getting bored with the meals you’ve planned, it may be time to mix and match the ingredients and think of some new rounds of healthy meals!

It’s time to kickstart your own meals planning! Start with one or two weeks planning of meals now, you can also search around the internet to look more more great recipes.
