Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of Raphael Hotel is its unbeatable location in the heart of Rome’s Centro Storico, just off Piazza Navona and within walking distance from the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and St Peter’s Basilica. Its interiors, however, filled with Picasso ceramics and paintings by Mirò, are no less impressive. Rooms are decorated in a refined classic style, with hardwood floors and elegant antique furnishings, but have all the modern luxuries, from writing desks and flat-screen TVs to bath amenities by Italian jewelry and luxury goods brand, Bulgari. Two of the hotel’s floors contain modern accommodation units design by famous American artist and architect Richard Meier, and the rooftop restaurant serves organic Mediterranean cuisine along with exquisite wines and inspiring city views.
