Port X
Designed by architects Jerry Koza and Adam Jirkal in collaboration with Czech architecture firm Atelier SAD, Port X is a ground-breaking housing concept that can be placed on both land and water. Its interiors are sleek and sheathed in wood, and each modular prefab home features a fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms furnished with built-in cabinets, and a terrace. Units vary in size from intimate 50 sqm three-module shelters to 78 sqm five-module accommodations perfect for families. The houseboat version comes with a pontoon which allows the building to float on the water.
