Many parents wish the whole family could be together for Christmas. Though it may not be possible to physically bring families together each year, they can connect thanks to a local Internet connection and a number of free apps that provide a virtual hangout spot.
Group calling has been around for years, but Google Hangouts and Skype have recently made improvements. The video quality and connection for these platforms are good, and you’ll also receive SMS support. Just make sure everyone has a smartphone or tablet with Internet access, and it’s home for the holidays for your family.

If we could see any Christmas wish come true, it would involve making cancer treatments more comfortable.
