How to do it?

Eat one (or more) of the following fruits and vegetables everyday.

  1. Orange 
  2. Papaya 
  3. Strawberry
  4. Pineapple 
  5. Kiwi 
  6. Broccoli 
  7. Tomato
  8. Bell pepper

Why it matters?

  • You need vitamin C for the growth and repair of tissues in all parts of your body.
  • Vitamin C is needed for making collagen, an important protein used to make skin, cartilage, tendons, ligaments, and blood vessels. 
  • Vitamin C plays a role in protecting against the following:
    • Heart disease 
    • High blood pressure
    • Common cold
    • Cancer
