Tucked away in the small spa town of Eugenie Les Bains, between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic coast of France, Les Prés d'Eugénie is a magical countryside palace surrounded by gardens. Owned by celebrated chef Michel Guérard, one of the pioneers of Nouvelle Cuisine, and his wife Christine, the hotel prides itself with a sumptuous three-Michelin-star restaurant and a health spa, which makes use of the area’s natural springs. Rooms are decorated in a classic, luxurious style with marble baths, fireplaces, and gorgeous antique furniture, while the lavish suites are adorned with exquisite paintings and First Empire objects.
