11 Good Things To Know Before You Date A Straightforward Woman
The truth will always be bitter and fierce. People will be more comfortable with facing the world from a soothing perspective. But when you are about to go into a romantic relationship with a woman who will give it to you straight then expect something bonding and most times mutually beneficial. We straightforward women are glowing ladies and offer you the most interesting memories.
1. We are always reliable
We do not falter on our value of being straightforward. We will always tell you to do what is right and no matter what is at stake we will definitely make the choice of being honest. When you want to make that big career decision it just has to reflect what we are known for – reliability.
2. We are responsible
Because of the esteemed value of being straightforward we will always want to be accountable for the good decisions we make. Because we are of proud of our good quality, since our kind is not so common, we will always stand to defend what is just. We will stand for our team members at the office, we will stand for our partner against a terrible landlord as far as it will make a difference.
3. We don’t make or take excuses
We are responsible also means that excuses do not propel our cause of seeing the world represent what we are. Rather than making an excuse, we stand tall and are responsible. We don’t want to hear that you cannot pay the bills because you are not educated enough or because the system is working against you. Don’t make excuses, fix it. And yes you are sure to have us do the same thing even when we are in a tight corner.
4. We are confident
We are solid and forceful. We establish grounds before you try anything sly. You can’t simply put us down and make us look stupid during frightful times. So please try and show us respect because we are confident enough to always demand it.
5. We are not concerned about how the world views us
We don’t care how the world perceives us. We are secure and comfortable with who we are. Really, there will be differing opinions about us, good and bad, but we will still remain stable in a fickle world.
6. We are predictable
Expect to know what we will say when questioned and challenged. It has to be something that represents our values and will align with our elevated standards. You are not going to influence or break us easily.
7. We will choose the higher path if we have to
We can be intimidating and fierce. People value us because of our noble and rare quality. This is why we stand out in our careers and endeavors. This could mean a lot to our family virtues. However our quality should trigger and motivate you to become more successful and a better person.
8. We are genuine
We are real. We don’t fake who we are because we are trying to please or make you feel comfortable about us. Because we are genuine, we expect you to always come out plain with us.
9. We are blunt
We don’t have any excuses to hold grudges or harbor resentment. If we have an issue with you, we will simply come out in the open and address it. Why hold on to an emotion when we can expose pretenses and falsehoods by marching out to confront the other person. We really don’t find a need to be extremely meticulous and placid. We are formidable and will prefer to cut discords with our knife-like attitude.
10. We are considerate
That entire solid persona doesn’t make us mean and brutal. We only want a just and fair world. If we have to be seemingly brutal and ruthless to attain such then you can term our cause and personality as rational. Yet we are very considerate, we embrace the weak and try to offer them the platform to be assisted and considered.
11. We are alert
We are focused and do not admire the sluggish channel. So expect us to be fierce and make astute demands. Yet we will love you and protect you with all that we have got. And we will never betray you as we offer the most solid form of support.

I’m Thankful To My Best Friend For These 8 Things
True friendship doesn’t begin in hours or even months, rather they are built on solid foundations and geared to stay eternally. Many ships could take you to success but no ships can be as secure, propelling and infinite as friendships.
According to the author Jim Rohn, we are an average of the five closest people in our lives. That shows how much influence our closest friends can have on us. Your best friend plays an integral part in your growth and success. This is why you should be thankful for the inputs he/she makes in your life to becoming who you are now, whether a great husband, wife, father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter. So here are things that I am thankful to my best friend for and we all should be thankful to our best friends for.
1. Thank you for always sharing
Your friend didn’t keep it all to themselves. Rather true friends share things with you whether opinions, gifts, or rich moments. We all should be thankful for the things our best friends shared with us. I will always be thankful to my best friend because he shared and made my life richer and fuller.
2. Thank you for being honest
Being honest meant he/she was not selfish. My best friend wanted to be my friend because it was about it being a relationship built on a solid and real foundation, on something that meant something to both of us. What better way to make this known that through his/her honesty? It made it easier to be able to lean on his opinions so as to make my next smart decision.
3. Thank you for being supportive
It wasn’t about whether my decision was smart or foolish. Or what he/she would get out of it. It was about them giving me the extra push I need to make every decision I made count. It was about me succeeding where others failed and prompting to me to learn from those actions I took, whether they were right and wrong. You were always supportive and thank you for this.
4. Thank you for being there
There were times there really were very few people to turn to. Like that night when I had to call you at 1a.m. to discuss the break up in my relationship. You were always there to listen and lend an advice to keep me going and never to look back.
5. Thank you for being loyal
That was the hallmark of our friendship. You wouldn’t rat me out or take sides with others without showing your loyalty to me first. You wanted me to always know that you had my back and wouldn’t simply offer your allegiance to an opposing side.
6. Thank you for the compliments
You were not afraid to say it. You were proud of me ahead of every other person. You would tell me what I needed to hear to show your support and how appreciative you are of me as a friend. You gave your heartfelt compliments and this I will never forget.
7. Thank you for watching over me
Remember that time I was ill and you came to the hospital to see me. You didn’t just visit, you also stayed and proved an encouragement for me to get well soon. Yes you watched over me and offered that solace I needed during my low moments.
8. Thank you for believing in me
Many others may have doubted my ability and questioned my actions but not you. You believed in me, that I could make a difference in the world and become who I am supposed to be. You didn’t envy me or try to talk me out of amazing possibilities, rather you motivated me and encouraged me to keep on going even when the odds against me seemed huge. Yes you believed in me and made sure I succeeded.

7 Reasons People With Childlike Hearts Are More Likely To Be Successful
If Holden Caulfield was right about one thing, it’s that children are the most pure and true humans on the planet. As we grow older, we lose the features that made us so innocent and virtuous, but it’s incredibly important that we don’t let these characteristics stray too far from ourselves. It should be noted that childlike does not mean childish. While it’s important to maintain purity as you grow into an adult, it’s also important to not only mature physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Those that can maintain such a balance are often most successful, because:
1. They exhibit humility
Children are completely awe-inspired by the world around them. As we grow old, we tend to lose this sense of wonder. Some of us, unfortunately, see ourselves as the center of the universe, and think the world exists only for us. Keeping that sense of humility you had as a child is incredibly important, because it will allow you to be inspired by the actions of others, and will keep you striving toward growing as a person. If you’re not humble about your own being, chances are you will cease to grow any further.
2. They have faith
Children have faith in their friends, family, and teachers. They also have faith in themselves. Many children have faith in a higher power, whatever it may be (even if it’s Santa Claus!). Adults sometimes lose this faith, and this causes them to drift aimlessly through life. Becoming lost in a sea of seven billion other people is hard to fight against. It’s important to surround yourself with people who share the faith you have in the world around you. In doing so, you ensure that you and others around you will constantly be moving toward a higher plane.
3. They remember the feeling of innocence
In a world in which we’re constantly bombarded with stories of unspeakable violence and hatred, it’s becoming increasingly important for the innocent among us to rise up and spread the word of peace. It may be hard to believe, since the media is constantly telling you otherwise, but there are people in this world who act with no ulterior motive, and honestly do want to see humanity progress. While it may seem like these people are few and far between, that simply is not true. The people who don’t make the evening news are the ones keeping the world running, despite all the atrocities you may hear of on a nightly basis.
4. They embrace revelation
Children are incredibly curious about the world around them. They love to learn, and want to know everything there is to know about life. Those that think they know everything are doomed to a life of ignorance. There is always more to know, and always room to grow. Rather than doling out answers, we should always be asking questions and trying to understand more about the world. By accepting that it’s impossible to know everything, we open the door to the possibility that we can know as much as we can in our lifetime.
5. They transform themselves
Children come into the world with no preconceived notion of how to act. They learn from the adults around them how to live, and it is up to us to teach them how to live life to its fullest. Unfortunately, many adults get to a point where they feel stuck in their ways, regardless if they want to change or not. There’s always time to improve yourself, whether physically, mentally, or spiritually. It often takes some type of catalyst to make people change, but don’t wait. There may always be time to improve, but there’s no better time than now.
6. They yearn
Anyone who has children knows that kids spend most of their time yearning for something (sometimes it can be a pain, no doubt!). All kidding aside, children constantly yearn for new experiences, yearn to grow up (they’re crazy, aren’t they?), and yearn for knowledge. Again, many times adults reach a point where they become complacent, and no longer yearn for more. While it’s important not to be greedy, it’s also important to always want more out of life. By keeping the hunger for a better life alive, you will continue to grow on a daily basis.
7. They feel victorious
It doesn’t take much for a kid to feel like a winner. On the other hand, many adults feel so beat down by the world that they end up giving up, and, again, become complacent. When the going gets tough, look for the small victories. Even something as simple as hitting every green light on the way home can erase the feeling that “everyone’s against you,” if you look at it the right way. Though life may not be going your way at the moment, try to find the silver lining to the bad situation you’re in and work from there. Finding a win in every forward step you take will help push you toward your goals.
